Granary Wharf and the River Aire – A boat trip through Leeds
17th May 2018
A boat trip from Granary Wharf onto the River Aire and through the centre of Leeds lasting around 3 hours. A buffet lunch will be available on board, and is included in the cost, which is likely to be £21.50. Please let Peter Hopwood know via firstname.lastname@example.org before the 15th March if you are interested as he needs a minimum of 20 people to make it viable, and cannot confirm it until he has sufficient bookings. There is a maximum of 35, so plenty of room. (Phone number 01904 768071).
This promises to be an interesting and unusual day out. The 0930 City Zap bus from York will get you to Leeds bus station for 1025 and it’s a 15 minute walk from there to Granary Wharf (Or you can catch a bus). “Taking the train” is also a possibility with a shorter walk at Granary Wharf.
